Member Allowance and Costs

Storage Allowances

Maintenance and hosting of TDL’s DuraCloud™ platform for digital preservation storage requires opting in to the Digital Preservation Service rates, which you may view on the TDL membership information page on this site. TDL members receive the benefits of a professionally managed application and infrastructure, along with their own “space” within DuraCloud™@TDL for ingesting and managing content.

Additionally, each TDL  Member receives an allowance for any DuraCloud™ @TDL storage option as part of their membership fee, in the amounts seen below:

  • TDL Regular Members:  2TB/ year for storage
  • TDL Affiliate Members:  1TB/ year for storage

Costs for storage over these amounts will be billed back to the member institution on an annual basis.
