We are eagerly counting down the months until we gather in person for the 2026 Texas Conference on Digital Libraries (TCDL)! This year’s conference will take place from Tuesday, June 2 – Thursday, June 4, 2026, at the Commons Conference Center in Austin, Texas.
To help you prepare for your visit, we have secured special rates at nearby hotels and are sharing our 2026 registration rates to assist with your institutional planning.
Conference Hotels & Special Rates
We have partnered with local hotels to provide special rates for TCDL 2026 attendees. Please note the following deadlines and booking instructions:
Hampton Inn – Austin NW near The Domain
- Special Rate: $119 (1 King) / $129 (2 Queens)
- Booking Deadline: May 12, 2026

Registration for TCDL 2026 is scheduled to open February 25, 2026. Ticket types will be designated on conference name tags.
TDL Member: $310 Early Bird / $355
This ticket is for TDL members only. See a full list of TDL members.
- Early bird: $310 (Deadline: May 8, 2026)
- Registration: $355 (Deadline: May 20, 2026)
- Includes: All programming/catering for days 1-3, parking, and wifi.
- Lunch will not be provided on day 1.
Non-Member: $415 Early Bird / $455
For institutions not listed as a TDL member. See a full list of TDL members.
- Early bird: $415 (Deadline: May 8, 2026)
- Registration: $455 (Deadline: May 20, 2026)
- Includes: All programming/catering for days 1-3, parking, and wifi.
- Lunch will not be provided on day 1.
Student: $100
Discounted ticket for students at any level. Students may apply for a scholarship to cover costs via our Student Scholarships page.

One-Day Passes
- Day 1 Pass (June 2): $175 – Includes all programming/catering for day 1 only. (Lunch not provided).
- Day 2 Pass (June 3): $175 – Includes all programming/catering for day 2 only.
- Day 3 Pass (June 4): $150 – Includes all programming/catering for day 3 only.
- All day passes include parking and wifi for the day of the ticket.
UT Austin Staff & Students
Standard ticket prices apply. Those paying via IDT (interdepartmental transfer) must have an approved RTA on file through UTL. Once approved, UTL will send further instructions on how to register via Eventbrite.
