The UT Southwestern Medical Center Library has received a $25,000 grant to create a digital photo repository entitled Dallas Medical Images, 1890-1975.

TDL team completes infrastructure development sprint

Texas A&M Libraries catalogs 2,300+ ETDs

Texas A&M University logoTDL member Texas A&M University Libraries recently completed a project to catalog an accumulated backlog of some 2,300 electronic theses and dissertations and to make them available in Texas A&M’s DSpace repository.

TDL software development team completes tenth TxLOR sprint

TxLOR logoTexas Digital Library developers held a sprint review on Tuesday, July 20, during which they demonstrated work completed during a one-week sprint devoted to the Texas Learning Object Repository (TxLOR). The demonstration capped the tenth sprint devoted to TxLOR, and the third TxLOR sprint focused on polishing (or “hardening”) the software in preparation for a Fall 2010 release.
