The TDL Metadata Working Group met on March 17 at Baylor University to discuss progress on its projects for 2010. The mission of the group is to provide general metadata expertise to the TDL community through the development of best practices and communication around trends in metadata development.

TDL and the Texas Water Digital Library

TDLThe Texas Digital Library (TDL) and its partners have begun the process of developing a new collaborative resource for sharing water data across the state of Texas. That resource, the Texas Water Digital Library, will federate water research from across the state in a TDL-hosted DSpace repository. The repository will create a single place for researchers to search for water data from every region of the state.
