DESCRIPTION:The Vireo User Group Steering Committee proudly invites you to the 2026 Vireo Users Group Annual Meeting. This virtual meeting will be held on Monday\, October 5\, 2026\, from 10:00 a.m. to 12 p.m. Central Time. \nPlease register here. \nThis year\, many of you expressed that you would like to hear about other users’ Vireo workflows at their institutions. If you would be willing to share a 3–5-minute summary of your setup and workflow using Vireo 4\, please reply to Courtney Mumma at c.mumma@austin.utexas.edu before August 31\, 2026. \nIn the meeting\, you’ll also hear from the Vireo lead development team and product manager as well as the community leadership team. There will be ample time to ask questions and provide feedback. \nRemember\, you can still provide feedback to influence Vireo’s future by answering this survey (open to graduate school and library staff\, faculty reviewers and committee members\, IT support staff\, and students). \nThis meeting is open to all.

DESCRIPTION:The September DSpace Users Group meeting on September 28 has been rescheduled to October 5. \nTexas Digital Library’s DSpace Users Group (DUG) works to create an active community among DSpace users that: \n\nfacilitates mutual support for DSpace use and repository management;\nidentifies areas of work that could be taken on by member working groups or by TDL staff;\nconnects the TDL DSpace user community to the larger open source DSpace community in North America.\n\nTDL’s DUG meets monthly every fourth Monday of the month from 3pm — 4pm\, CST. \nAny users of DSpace\, regardless of TDL membership\, may attend user group meetings and join the DSpace Users Group email list. Voting membership in the DSpace Users Group is limited to users affiliated with TDL member institutions who have a role in managing their DSpace repository. Click here to join the DUG email list.
