- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- the day after Thanksgiving
- Winter Break as defined by the UT Austin holiday calendar
- Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
- Memorial Day
- Emancipation Day / Juneteenth
- Independence Day
Support requests made on a holiday or weekend will be addressed once offices reopen and in the order they were received.
