Thank you for your interest in supporting TCDL 2026. The Sponsor Confirmation form is now closed. For questions regarding sponsorship or to inquire about remaining opportunities, please contact Ke’ara Hunt at keara.hunt@austin.utexas.edu or info@tdl.org.
Sponsors of the 2026 Texas Conference on Digital Libraries (TCDL) demonstrate their commitment to the community of digital library professionals, archivists, researchers, and students. By becoming a sponsor, you will reach a highly influential (and primarily Texas-based) audience of potential new partners and clients.
Sponsorship dollars help to fund the costs associated with hosting the conference, including event space, catering, reception, keynote, awards, and supplies. This year we are pleased to offer five sponsorship levels. See below for the full descriptions and benefits.
To participate, please complete the Sponsor Confirmation Form. We are accepting sponsorship confirmations through Monday, February 9, 2026 (extended deadline).
For questions, email Ke’ara Hunt, Outreach and Member Engagement Coordinator, keara.hunt@austin.utexas.edu.
